With capacity for more than 12 people, it has all the necessary one to as much pass an pleasant stay through its architecture and equipment like by its location. Located in the urban helmet of Ribagorda, as it is seen in the photo, but isolated of the rest of houses of the town.
Distributed over three floors of 130 m2 each (on a surface of
185 m2), comprise 6 double rooms, 30 m2 living room with TV
and DVD player, fireplace and a terrace overlooking the
garden, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet , 2 kitchens,
of which one of them is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven,
fridge and microwave plus all necessary utensils for the ability of the
house and the other cooking fuel at the garage level and
from which accesses the patio with a small garden also has another
fireplace and barbecue plus another fridge and washing machine, heating,
hot water, TVs. It has an ethnological museum in which different
sets of tools that served as the days inn. It has now been rebuilt as it
was in times past with the flair of the area and for their decoration were
used traditional elements of the time.
Rooms wide (15 to 22 m2), 3 bedroom with 2 beds and 3 of 1.05, 5 of
them also have additional bed, bringing the total authorized capacity of
the house is expandable to 17 people. Two of the rooms have TV.
One of the double rooms have bathroom.
Bed linen and towel set, and heating costs (gas oil) and electricity
included. The rent can be made by house and
rooms.

The history of rural house in Cuenca
During centuries well-known with the name of the House of the Inn ", it was place of lodging of people of nomadic
life; carriers, retailers and seasonal workers found site here to park their
work equipments and to repair forces.
Its construction probably goes back at the beginning of S. XVIII, not
knowing its exact date. In the 1868 cadastre it appears referenced for the
first time, appearing with license of " inn ".
Entered XX century, the house is closed, partly due to the disappearance
of the old offices that during as much time used it like point of forced
shutdown.
Now it has been wanted to rescue its original nature, and with it the
function that the house carried out during centuries: to serve as place of
rest for all people that wish to forget for time computers, telephones
and notebooks, among other modern equipment. For that reason it has been
reformed keeping fidelity to its structure and traditional materials of
construction, incorporating the own comforts of our days and to serve as
lodging for rural tourism.
